Swimming pool equipment - Part 1: General safety requirements and test methods

This standard specifies general safety requirements and test methods for equipment used in public swimming and some water associated activities. For particular types of equipment, these requirements are supplemented or modified by requirements of subsequent product specific parts of this standard. Where specific standard exist, this general standard shall not be used alone.
